| Usage: |
•To be adhesive glue to paste two component wood, suitable for wood varieties such as: oak, ash, hard maple, rubber wood and other natural wood varieties.
Attribution:
• Quickly to dry.
• Good temperature resistance, water resistance.
• Neutral pH , non phenol, non formal
Using method:
• Blending proportion LP-217A/LP-217B = 100/15( calculated according to weight )
• Used adhesive quantity: – on one side glue: 250-300g/m2.
• On to side adhesive for more efficiency.
• Time of raw adhesive after the blending: 1 hour at temperature from 25-30°C.
• Pasting time is within 15’(on one side adhesive glue) 20’(to two sides adhesive glue).
+) Pressing pressure: Hard timber: 8-12 kef/cm2 soft timber: 5-10 kef/cm2.
Attention: The humidity of wood does not exceed 15%, pasting wooden surface should be flat, clean, after the pasting, wood should be kept at least ½ day before next processing stages.
